i restarted/ re connect

same message

Good morning. I am observing that when I manual-water using the web app, and the watering ends, the indicator (blue watering can) remains blue, indicating that the system is still watering. Only resets when the page is left or refreshed. I think that the refreshing should be done automatically, perhaps. The current situation makes the user think there is some hang up in the system, although it is not operationally significant.

My lawn and plants are dying! Suddenly something has changed and my unit isn't working. I have tried running manually. Zone will start and suddenly stop. I've checked times and nothing has changed there. I have removed and reinstalled the app. No help! Not sure where to go from here.

Manual operation doesn’t stop

Hello everyone, I have a problem.

To test the system, I started the “manual operation” function. For startup everything is ok but I can’t stop irrigation anymore. I have tried re-configuring the system several time, but I cannot solve the problem. Can anyone help me?

Hello. It would be nice if it were possible to customize the home screen. Select the product that appears by default when entering the app. Is it possible? I have different devices and I used one more than the other and the least used one always appears when I access the app, I understand why it was the first purchase. Thank you very much

Hi,

I installed the sprite control unit.

I attach photos regarding the hardware and software version.

At the end of the installation I performed a manual test of the zones.
The problem I encountered is that at the end of the operating time the watering does not stop.

 How do I solve this problem?

Exclamation on Schedule

Does anyone know what the exclamation icon means on the Metro App under schedule? 


I assume it means it didn't run, but why? These are the water schedules setup by Netro, I don't touch them. See screenshot.

Manual Operation

My sprinklers decided to schedule a 45 min watering on its own. 

Only noriced it was on when there was onlt one minute left.

Now rhe manual operarion is somehow set at 45min and even if I chanfe it to one minute it goes back to 45. I worry it will go off in the middle of the night at unschedule time. 

Water is precious where i live. We havent had any rain since November. 

How can I stop the app to set schedule on its own for crazy amount of time?
