Why is my smart watering system now watering at night when my time is set for early morning?

I am using Netro software with a Sprite-6 controller. After some moths use I am delighted with the system. The tools it provides help me a lot controlling my garden, with good results. Congratulations. Normaly I use three out of my four zones in Smart (advanced) mode, and the fourth one in Smart (Basic).

I would be useful if we could have a field (name it "Notes" or similar) so that we could enter useful information about the use of each individual program (for example, "I reduced frecuency to alternate days after Oct 15th", or other information. 

Not having that field causes useful feedback not to be available when managing programs.

Why did my system run while we are having constant rain and flood alerts 

Is it possible to turn on more than one valve at the same time? 

MAKE IT SIMPLE AND FAST!

- not possible to run multiple valve at the same time

- app and webapp full of useless things such as the BIG clock in the schedule attached

- interface full of too many things. I dont care about smart watering. why my screen should be full of that?

- apps should be fast and simple, if you focus on professionals. If you focus on housewives is another story.

- not possible to run all the time you want. max 60 minutes. Edit program full of things again. 

- under zone there should be the possibility to add the schedule. why you are making an extra menu?? Zone 1 --> prog1 -->start h8.00; finish h.10:00

Controller light is off and displays Offline status. Rebooted router resulting in WiFI connections elsewhere in my house and to my other devices except for the Sprite controller. Repowered Sprite controller and also did a reset— same status with no light and Offline status. Help!

Are there any plans to update the Alexa Skill? ... it's over a year and a half since the skill's been released and does need some urgent attention. One being to be able to run a saved program via Alexa and not just one single zone.  Hugely important.  The other (and quite annoying) is how it is coded into your skill to have Alexa ask "what else can I do for you?" over and over (and it is not Alexa but your skill)..this causes freezing on the Echo Show display so even if one does want Alexa to "do" something it does not respond...again, not Alexa, but your skill. Presently, one has to tell Alexa "goodbye" wait for at least a minute, before using my Show for another purpose...I have follow up turned off on all my devices in my Alexa settings.  No other skill causes Alexa to respond this way - freezing and "what else can I do".  It is unnecessary and needs to be removed for the reasons stated.  Can you advise when the skill will be updated?  Many customers, like myself, purchased your controller because of the Alexa compatibility which presently is very minimal.  Not all of us want to whip out a phone to run a program which is why we have Alexa & Google devices in the first place.  The IOS app has been updated, but the Alexa skill sadly has not.  Thank you in advance and eagerly await your reply,  kind regards 

Hello, I am leaving in Italy  have several whisperer devices in my garden and I would like to know if it is better to remove them during the winter season when my watering network is off? Thank you.

Hi, I have one out of 4 zones who won't start watering. I have changed the valve and the problem still persist. I have checked the connections and the cables, all looks good. There is voltage. 

Any ideea?

Dear netro team

I have a  hub with more than 1 timers. But via the app it is only possible to manage 1 of the 2 timers. Is this a bug. So I can't explore the second timer timer and therefore I can also not get the data via API, because I can't see the MAC or Serial No. Can you please help here?

I solved the problem.

I just noticed a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark on one of my zones. Will you please tell me how yo fix this?

When trying to link my Netro Sprite with Google home, Google responds with "No compatible devices were found in your Netro account". I have updated Google Home to the latest version.

I have the Sprite 12 controller with zone 3 failing to work after 10 months.  Traced error to low voltage on controller. Anyone else having zone failures caused by controller?  

No consigo que la aplicación permita 2 zonas activas a la vez. Solo funciona de manera secuencial (Zona 1, luego Zona 2, luego Zona 3, etc).

Yo necesito activar 2 a la vez para regar y abonar al mismo tiempo.

Alguien tiene una solución por favor?
