Notifications of device offline

Hi, my sprite is offline since 14 hours and I did not receive any notification on my smartphone.

Is it correct? How can I enable notifications as soon as the sprite is offline?

Hi Carlo, 


Netro will send notification when the system is offline more than 24 hours. But you need to enable Netro App notification in your smart phone settings.

I've been told this over and over, and I've never once actually received an actual notification on my phone across 2 or 3 devices now.. They'll show in the notifications log of the netro app, but never actually notify - which defeats the purpose..
