After reporting the data, normally the light on the sensor will turn off shortly. However, the light will stay on if all the following 3 conditions are met:
1. You have selected automatic for light mode in the Netro app
2. The sensor battery level is high (larger than 90%)
3. The sensor is in dark or almost dark
Thanks... So the battery level is more likely the problem. I live in Malta which gets a LOT of sun but battery levels are still not high. I am reporting every hour - if I change this to every three hours will it help the battery?

We suggest you could change it to every three hours and see if the battery remains longer.
Thanks,
